Shipping & Packaging

Your item will be handmade upon receiving you order and will ship within two weeks of purchase unless otherwise specified. To estimate when you will receive your purchase, please add two weeks to the shipping option you have selected.

If you would like your purchase to be expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We will notify you when your jewellery has been shipped and will provide you with your package's tracking number. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your purchase.

For most shipping options, your jewellery will be gift-wrapped in our signature box and gold ribbon. If Standard Shipping is selected, your jewellery will be packaged in our signature velvet pouch and mailed in a protective bubble-wrap envelope.

Duties & Taxes

If you are purchasing within Canada, taxes applicable to your province will be charged upon checkout. If you are purchasing from outside of Canada, applicable taxes, duties and broker fees will be charged at customs.
