RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your jewellery will be made with the utmost care and attention to detail.

If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, please email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to obtain a return authorization number. The returned item must be in unworn condition and shipped in its original packaging. Please package the returned goods with care as we are not responsible for damages sustained during return shipping.

Your refund will be issued upon receipt of your package. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price and will exclude shipping fees. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if the returned item is not in unworn condition.

For orders above $500, for which complimentary shipping was provided, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

No exchange or returns will be provided on rings or custom-made jewellery.
